Most AI advisors come from technology. Most construction consultants do not speak AI well enough to advise without defaulting to a vendor pitch. This practice sits in that gap.
I built this practice because I kept watching capable teams buy the wrong tools in the wrong order. People First. Process Second. Tools Last, that is not a tagline. It is how every engagement is structured.
